How Lumio generates AI-optimized product content tailored to your brand.

Enrichment is where Lumio turns your scoring insights into action. For each product, Lumio generates optimized content designed to make AI shopping agents confidently recommend your products.

What gets generated

Lumio produces five types of enriched content for each product:

Optimized titles

Your product titles are restructured into the format AI agents prefer: [Brand] + [Product Type] + [Key Attribute] + [Variant]. This isn’t about SEO keyword stuffing — it’s about giving AI agents the structured information they need to match your product to the right query.

Attribute-dense descriptions

Lumio rewrites descriptions to include the specific attributes AI agents look for: materials, dimensions, compatibility, use cases, and differentiators. The goal is factual, attribute-rich content — not marketing copy.

Descriptions are written in your brand voice using the adjectives and persona from your brand profile.

Q&A pairs

Lumio generates 5-8 question/answer pairs per product that match the conversational queries real shoppers ask AI assistants. These cover sizing, materials, care, compatibility, use cases, and comparisons.

These Q&A pairs are critical for AI discovery because they match the natural language patterns of how people shop with AI (“Will this boot fit wide feet?” “Is it good for rocky trails?”).

Usage scenarios

4-6 “best for…” or “ideal if…” scenarios that help AI agents match your product to specific shopper intents. These bridge the gap between what your product is and what someone needs.

Category attributes

5-10 vertical-specific attributes that are missing from your current data. For apparel: fabric, fit, inseam. For electronics: battery life, connectivity, compatibility. For beauty: skin type, key ingredients, application method.

How enrichment uses your brand context

Every enrichment draws on three pieces of context:

  1. Brand personality — Your adjectives shape the tone and language
  2. Customer persona — Content is written to resonate with your target buyer
  3. Product vertical — Category-specific attributes and Q&A topics are prioritized

Enrichment workflow

Bulk enrichment

From the Enrichment page, click Enrich all products to process your entire catalog. Lumio works through products concurrently, streaming progress as each product completes.

Individual enrichment

From the Scores page, expand any product and click Enrich to generate content for a single product. This is useful for reviewing output quality before running a full catalog enrichment.

Re-enrichment

Already enriched? Click Re-enrich all products to regenerate content. This is useful after updating your brand profile or when you want fresh content based on updated product data.

Credits and costs

Enrichment consumes credits based on the complexity of the AI processing. Each product enrichment uses the AI to analyze existing data and generate all five content types in a single pass. Your credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of the app.

Enriched content will soon be exportable as:

  • Google Merchant Center supplemental feeds — Push enriched titles, descriptions, and attributes directly to GMC
  • JSON-LD schema markup — Generate updated structured data for your product pages
  • Shopify metafield updates — Write enriched content back to your store via the Shopify API
